Eighteen years of mid-market M&A advisory experience prior to founding the firm — managing-director tenure in Lazard's Frankfurt M&A practice and earlier years at Goldman Sachs Frankfurt M&A. Stefan's focus is the cross-border DACH–Asia corridor: German and Austrian sellers running processes to Asian acquirers, and Asian sponsors building DACH platforms. He has personally led on the sell-side and buy-side of dozens of cross-border industrial and TMT transactions. He works in close pairing with Hong Kong on every engagement.
